Our policy lasts 3 days. You have within 3 days from your date of purchase or delivery date to contact PaintbyShawnDenise@gmail.com with Order Number. Garment(s) must be in original condition in order to process store credit or exchange.
If an item (s) is returned, client will be given option of Store Creidt or Exchange. Exchange be made on same item or another item of equal value. If exchanged item is of lesser price, Store Credit Is given for difference. Store Credit is given if all items are returned. No refunds.
All Jewelry is exempt from being returned or exchanged.
To complete your return for exchange or store credit only, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and item(s) must be in original condition.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing Store Credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be given a full refund, store credit or exchanged. All Clearance items are Finale Sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Email us at PaintbyShawnDenise @gmail.com informing us you would like to exchange an item(s). Please indicate which item you would like to return and which item you would like to receive. If there is an amount owed, this amount will be given in store credit or method of payment, only if difference is equal to or less than $20 USD.

CLEARANCE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be fully returned., unfortunately Clearance Items are FINAL SALE cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 3345 Decatur Georgia US 30031.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are receiving store credit, a shipping label will be e-mailed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
